About the price.
Why not per seat?
Because it taxes growth. Hiring someone should not make your software dearer, so the price is the same for three people or thirty on Growth.
Is my branding extra?
No. Your logo, colours, words, email domain, booking and form pages, the HQ and the phone app all carry your brand as standard, with no white-label fee. A small "Powered by Donomate" stays on public pages. Your own app in the stores under your name is a monthly add-on.
Is the website extra?
No. Your website is designed and built as part of your HQ setup, and hosting is included in the monthly price.
What do I stop paying for?
That is what the audit call is for. We go through what you pay for today and agree what your HQ replaces and what stays as a Connection.
Can I leave?
Yes. After the first three months on the flexible start, or after the six-month term on the committed start, it is month to month. You take your data with you.
