These terms cover your use of donomate.com, run by Jack Donoghue trading as Donomate in Brisbane, Queensland. Work we do for your business is covered by a separate agreement that we sign together.
The information on this site
We keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information about our services, not an offer. Prices are in Australian dollars and are confirmed in your proposal. Screens and records shown on this site are examples with made-up data.
Names of other companies
Names and logos of other products, such as Calendly, Typeform and Mailchimp, belong to their owners. We use them only to name the tools our HQ apps can replace or connect to. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Test businesses
Some links open pages of test businesses on our platform, such as a padel club and a trades business. They are there so you can try the pages as a customer would. Nothing you book or send there is a real order or appointment, and it may be cleared at any time.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
